Introducing Inbox: view and manage every reply from one place

TL;DR

Inbox brings all your replies into one organized view — helping you stay responsive, efficient, and more connected to your supporters at scale — alongside new device-filtering protection and expanded donation attribution.

Highlights

Inbox is here! View and manage all replies from one place

Hidden requests like “Text me your postal address, I'll send a check” or “Are donations still being matched?” are now easy to see and act on. With Inbox you can:

  • View all replies in one place
  • Respond quickly via SMS
  • View subscriber information for important context
  • Filter, sort, and search to quickly find specific supporters or groups
  • Mark conversations as Resolved or Unresolved for later follow-up
  • Get in-app notifications when messages need attention
  • Manage opt-outs with a single click

Shortly after launch we shipped a wave of enhancements: an unread-replies counter above Inbox in the navigation, search by full or partial name, quick unsubscribe/resubscribe directly from Inbox, and a mark-all-as-read/unread action that respects your current filters.

Stay visible with the new “iOS 26 At-Risk” Power Segment

Apple's iOS 26 update introduces stricter filtering that could push messages into the “Unknown Senders” tab, reducing visibility. The new iOS 26 At-Risk segment automatically includes subscribers who are on iOS (or an unknown device type) and show low recent engagement, so you can proactively target them with reply-driving messages and keep your messages visible.

Expanded donation attribution and segmentation

momoGood now ingests donation records from EveryAction, NGP VAN, and GoFundMe Pro (Classy). Organizations on those platforms can use built-in donation-based segmentation conditions (such as “Donation Last Date within last 30 days”) to target audiences more effectively and gain deeper insight from reporting.

Other Updates

Reply Responses can now be disabled

With Inbox making it easier to view and respond to replies, you can now turn automated Reply Responses off on a per-list basis for more control over the supporter experience and to reduce redundant replies. The feature remains ON by default; disable it under List Settings → System Responses → Reply Response → “Do not send.”

Distinguish test from live texts

Enable an option to automatically prepend “Test [timestamp]” to all test messages (excluding fallback messages) — for example, “Test 07/14/2025 02:38PM CDT” — so you can recognize at a glance what's real and what's a rehearsal.

Fundraise Up integration now supports custom consent checks

The Fundraise Up integration now respects customized marketing consent on donation pages. When custom consent is enabled, the integration confirms the donor explicitly selected “Yes” before adding or updating them or capturing donation data — helping you stay compliant and aligned with donor preferences.

Power Segments name updates

We updated the names and descriptions of the Power Segments to more clearly represent each group — Champions, Highly Engaged, Passive Constituents, At-Risk, and Inactive. The underlying logic didn't change, so existing segmentation and strategies are unaffected.
