Quick Exports, Inbox assignments, and self-serve Salesforce sync
This release focuses on saving you time and reducing manual work — making it easier to access your data, manage your team's Inbox workflows, and connect the tools you already rely on.
Highlights
Introducing Quick Exports
The first feature of our new Report Builder is now available with Quick Exports. This is just the beginning — scheduled exports, destination syncing, and full report customization are all on the way.
- Access a broader set of data fields than ever before
- Filter datasets by time range
- Preview fields before running a report
- Search across all previously run reports
Give Quick Exports a try today — and if you need it, you can always switch back to legacy reporting.

Know who's handling what in Inbox
You can now assign phone numbers to specific team members in Inbox and filter conversations by assignee. Select a number, update the Assignee field, and use the filter to focus on what's yours. Need to assign several at once? Use the new bulk assignment panel to update ownership across multiple numbers in a single action.

Set up your Salesforce integration in minutes
Connecting Salesforce just got a whole lot simpler. You can now set up a fully bi-directional sync entirely on your own — no calls or custom configuration required. Smart phone detection finds the best mobile number across your contact records automatically, and custom tags sync with each audience to make segmentation effortless. Compatible with Sales Cloud, NPSP, and Nonprofit Cloud.

Other Updates
View estimated recipients for scheduled broadcasts
The Recipients column in the Scheduled tab now displays an estimated audience count for broadcast messages, so you no longer have to open individual messages just to confirm audience size. Counts refresh each time the tab loads, so they always reflect your current segment criteria and subscriber data.

“Rows per page” preference is now saved
Your preferred number of rows per page in the Messaging tab is now remembered automatically. Sent, Scheduled, Drafts, and AB Tests each remember their own setting (10, 25, 50, or 100) independently, and it persists across refreshes, sessions, and logout/login cycles.
